How Ultraformer III Works
Ultraformer III uses high-intensity focused ultrasound, known as HIFU, to deliver controlled heat at selected depths beneath the skin’s surface. This encourages collagen renewal and remodelling, with improvements developing gradually.
Different treatment depths allow us to tailor the approach to your anatomy and areas of concern. We assess skin firmness, facial volume and the degree of laxity before planning your treatment.
The aim is a gradual improvement in firmness and definition while respecting your natural facial proportions.

What Can It Help With?
Ultraformer III may be suitable for:
- Early jowling and reduced jawline definition.
- Mild to moderate facial skin laxity.
- Loose skin beneath the chin.
- Reduced firmness through the neck.
Not every concern is caused by loose skin. Fullness beneath the chin, for example, may involve skin laxity, fat distribution or underlying anatomy. Your consultation helps establish what is contributing to your concern and whether Ultraformer III is appropriate.
It is not a replacement for a surgical facelift. Significant loose skin or facial volume loss may require a different approach.

When Will I See Results?
Ultraformer III works progressively. A subtle tightening effect may be noticeable shortly after treatment, but an immediate visible change is not guaranteed and does not represent the full outcome.

07 | Combination Treatment
Enhance Your Treatment with a Collagen Stimulator
Some clients have several concerns at once, such as reduced firmness alongside changes in facial support or skin quality.
For selected clients, Ultraformer III can form part of a personalised plan alongside an injectable collagen stimulator. We may recommend calcium hydroxylapatite (CaHA) or a polylactic-acid-based product, according to your needs.
Your plan may include one or two syringes of CaHA, or one or two vials of the selected polylactic-acid-based product. The product and quantity are chosen after assessment; two units are not automatically necessary.
Treatments may be performed at the same appointment where clinically appropriate, or scheduled separately. The timing depends on your assessment, treatment areas and the specific product guidance.
Combination treatment is optional. Your recommended plan and total cost will be explained before you proceed.

Frequently Asked Questions
At ART FACE London, maintenance may be considered approximately every six to twelve months, following reassessment. Some clients may benefit from treatment around six months, while others may only need an annual appointment.
This depends on skin quality, degree of laxity, facial structure and response to the previous session. Repeat treatment is not automatic.
Yes. We offer Jawline & Under Chin, or Full Face & Under Chin if you would also like full-face treatment. Both options exclude the neck. Under-chin treatment is not offered as a standalone service.
We begin with an individual plan and assess your response. Some clients may benefit from further treatment, while others may only require maintenance. We do not automatically recommend a fixed course for everyone.

In selected cases, yes. We assess whether CaHA or a polylactic-acid-based treatment would be appropriate, how much product is needed, and whether appointments should be combined or spaced apart. The full cost is agreed before treatment.
